3. Refund Policy

• Platform algorithms and policies
• Account history and compliance
You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining compliant and active accounts on relevant platforms
• Granting necessary access required for service delivery
• Complying with applicable platform policies and laws
We are not responsible for:
• Suspended, restricted, or disabled accounts
• Past or ongoing policy violations
• Platform outages, system changes, or algorithm updates
• Rejected ads or third-party platform decisions
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials or deliverables specifically created for you become your property upon full payment.
However, our internal systems, methodologies, frameworks, templates, processes, tools, and proprietary materials remain our exclusive intellectual property.
